Back when Resident Evil 4 Remake launched, many of use were quick to dive in and see exactly what Capcom had changed compared to the original. Some were slightly bummed out that Capcom decided to remove a lot of the goofier elements, including all of the quick time events, the chase scene with Salazar's big concrete robot, and the infamous laser corridor scene which had Leon doing backflips and other acrobatics to avoid being sliced up.
Thankfully, it seems like Capcom didn't want to do away with the original's laser corridor completely, as a new trailer for the upcoming Separate Ways DLC has confirmed that it will be Ada Wong's turn to dodge lasers this time around (thanks Kotaku). You can see the moment in which Ada comes up against the corridor in the trailer which has been embedded down below, although it only appears for a brief moment.

It'll definitely be interesting to see how Capcom has changed how this portion of the game plays compared to the original. Most of the challenge of in the original version was down to timing and wrestling with the tank controls, with the rest just watching Leon pull off some acrobatics that would make a circus performer blush. Capcom could just make the section a cutscene for Ada Wong too, but it would be a little disappointing if we don't get to at least dodge a couple of lasers for old times sake.
We won't have to wait long to find out how interactive this newly revamped laser corridor is though, as Separate Ways launches later this week on September 21, a lot sooner than most of us probably expected.
