There are 5 Blue Medallions to destroy in the Farm area of the Village. You'll need to shoot them to have it register. The Blue Request Note is located on the wall to the right of the portcullis. Below you'll find out How to Destroy the Blue Medallions, with descriptions and images to help you locate all five of them. You'll be able to hand this Blue Request Note in and claim the Reward in Chapter 2 when you first meet the Merchant.

At the very start of the Farm area where you first entered. It's hanging on one of the outside corners, attached to the small building with the Typewriter inside.

There's a large barn with cows inside just to the left of Blue Medallion #1. Instead of going inside, climb the fence to your left and look inside the window. You'll spot Blue Medallion #2 hanging inside and will be able to easily shoot it.

At the back of the pigsty, just to the right of the little windmill, is a building you can enter. Look up and you'll spot Blue Medallion #3 hanging in the back.

Opposite where you picked up the Blue Request Note is another barn with its entrance blocked. If you look up to the window above it, you'll spot Blue Medallion #4. Simply shoot it from the outside.

After working your way through the windmill and surviving the ambush in the Farm area, go to the top floor and look over to where the Wayshrine is. Just behind it hanging is Blue Medallion
