Reliance Jio has announced 4-day free unlimited complementary services to customers. However, who is eligible for the Reliance Jio free data and calls benefits? Well, it is restricted to a particular region- flood-hit Assam & North East and has been rolled out as a relief measure during an emergency. The telecom service provider is offering this service so that users in the flood affected areas can connect to their loved ones and other people.
As per the statement, the eligible Jio customers will get unlimited free calls to any network and unlimited data benefits for four days at zero cost. The plan includes up to 1.5GB of data per day, along with 100 daily SMS along with unlimited calling for a period of four days. Those who are based in the flood affected districts of Dima Hasao, Karbi Anglong East, Karbi Anglong West, Hojai and Cachar in Assam, can avail these benefits.

As reported by Telecom Talk, Reliance Jio has sent a message to customers in Assam, stating “During the last few days your service experience was impacted due to extreme weather conditions. As a goodwill gesture, we have applied a COMPLIMENTARY 4-DAY UNLIMITED PLAN on your number."
Reliance Jio has sent an SMS to everyone residing in these flood affected areas. If you are based in the above-mentioned regions and have received any such message then you’re eligible for the free unlimited prepaid plan.
