Reins of the Quantum Courser Drops from Patch 10.1.5 Megadungeon - Awards Mounts from the Past
MrGM has reported that the new Reins of the Quantum Courser mount drops from the Patch 10.1.5 megadungeon, Dawn of the Infinite. When used, this mount transforms into another mount from the past and allows you to learn it!
Reins of the Quantum CourserThe Reins of the Quantum Courser mount was added in the last Patch 10.1.5 PTR. According to MrGM on Twitter, this drops from the final boss of the Megadungeon, Dawn of the Infinite. The group that he was in dropped one Reins of the Quantum Courser and when the player used the item, they got Midnight's Eternal Reins from Karazhan. There are some important questions surrounding this now:
What is the definition of «from the Past?» Can you get mounts from previous expansions or previous tiers/Seasons? Does this item snapshot now so it won't include things that are coming in the future (but after they're released would be in the past when using the item) What, if any, mounts are excluded from this item? Does it work on currently unavailable items like TCG or Gladiator mounts? Can you get a mount you already own?The Reins of the Quantum Courser is similar to the other Quantum Transmog Items that we datamined previously. These assumingly work the same way and will give you transmog from items in the past.
