Popular Indie Game Lake Gets PS4, PS5 Release Date

Quaint and nostalgic interactive story game Lake from developerGamious and publisher Whitethorn Games invitesPlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 players to come and explore the beautiful town of Providence Oaks, Oregon. The popular indie game will be gently trundling its way onto Sony consoles imminently.

Gamious and Whitethorn Games announced on Twitter on April 4 that the point-and-click adventure Lake will be available to purchase as a digital download for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. A physical edition will also be available from Perp Games but only in Europe for the time being, with the publisher hoping to bring the game to other regions in the near future.

Lakeoriginally launched back in September 2021 on Steam and Epic Games for Microsoft Windows and was added to Microsoft's subscription service Xbox Game Pass on Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S in December 2021. PlayStation players will get to enjoy the unique experience that the game offers when it goes on sale from April 8, 2022.
