The Pokemon VGC 2020 season, starting in August 2019 and coming to an end in August 2022, was unusually long due to the cancellation of Pokemon live events from March 2020 to March 2022.

Unlike the other series in the season, Series 1 used the VGC 2019 Ultra Series for Pokemon Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon.
