Since the game's release in July of last year, Pokemon Unite's impressive roster of creatures from the iconic monster-catching franchise has grown with each passing month. The game's current roster of thirty-three Pokemon spans all eight generations of Pokemon games and includes a mix of fan favorites and starters like Pikachu, Charizard and Decidueye as well as several Mythical and Legendary Pokemon from throughout the franchise like the recently-added Hoopa and Zeraora. Now, the popular Pokemon MOBA looks to be teasing the next additions to the game's cast of characters.
Pokemon Unite's growing cast features a wide variety of diverse movesets for its thirty-plus Pokemon with many recent creatures experimenting with unique movesets. The previously-mentioned Hoopa uses its rings to teleport itself and its allies around the map, allowing teams to quickly group up for objectives and get the jump on opponents. Joining the roster before Hoopa, Aegislash draws on its sword and shield identity to constantly tread the line between playing defensive or aggressive. Now, a recent tweet from Pokemon Unite's official Twitter account has fans speculating about the next Pokemon to join the fight.
Pokemon Unite Update Will Fix Hoopa Problems
The tweet posted by the official Pokemon Unite account on Friday shows the shadow of Duraludon, the game's most recent addition, looking at a «confidential» file on two mystery Pokemon. Each page includes a variety of photographs offering small hints at the creatures being added with what appears to be a piano, a cello, and a staircase from a mansion as well as the left featuring two mostly blue shots.
