In general, going into the harder levels with a game plan will provide you with maximum benefits and rewards.
To access 's Ogre Oustin the trainer must reach the Festival of Masks in the Kitakami storyline. Carmine will then ask you to try to beat her score where your first introduction to the game begins. Whether figuring it out fast and beating her score or not, you may consistently come back and try again as a new map way-point is made specifically for Ogre Oustin at Kitakami Hall.

The goal of the mini-game is to pop balloons, collect berries, and then deliver them to a base on the map. The player will ride on their Koraidon or Miraidon to pop specifically colored balloons in the colors of the Legendary and Mythical Pokémon of the Land of Kitakami. It will be listed on the right of the screen along with a storage gauge and the inclusion of a timer to the left.
Once collected, head back to the berry base and click A to deposit the berries. Once all the berries have been collected, the next round will begin if the time hasn't already been used up. Depending on the difficulty level the player decides on will determine when the game has finished with how many rewards and stages are needed to clear it.
