Following the return of Walking Wake and Iron Leaves, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet pulled back the curtain on the next Seven-Star Tera Raid battle against Primarina the Unrivaled, a starter from the Alola region. The battle will start over a month after Pokemon Scarlet and Violet hosted Seven-Star Tera Raid battles against Meganium.
Known as the Soloist Pokemon, Primarina first appeared in Pokemon Sun and Moon. Primarina is the final form of the Alola region's Water-type starter, Popplio, and evolves from Brionne at level 34. As a Water and Fairy dual-type Pokemon, Primarina has a white body with light blue hair and a powerful singing voice that fuels its attacks. Primarina is also the only Pokemon capable of using the hidden ability Liquid Voice, which turns all its sound-based attacks into Water-type moves. In Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, trainers can catch a Popplio and its evolutions by upgrading the Terarium in the Indigo Disk DLC and finding a Popplio in the Coastal Biome. Brionne and Primarina can be obtained by leveling up a Poplio and evolving it.
Following the battle against Meganium the Unrivaled, which saw clever strategies formed to take it down, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet trainers who want to catch a powerful Primarina will soon have the opportunity. According to Serebii.net, the Seven-Star Tera Raid battle against Primarina the Unrivaled will start on Thursday, May 9, at 8:00 PM Eastern, and end on Sunday, May 12, at 7:59 PM Eastern. Trainers who miss the first round will have another chance the following weekend, from May 16 to May 19 at the same times. Primarina the Unrivaled will have the Fairy-type as its Tera type and grant the Mightiest Mark to any Pokemon that defeats it.
For its potential moves that are available in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, Primarina the Unrivaled will have the hidden ability Liquid Voice to bolster its sound-based moves and turn them into the Water type. With its high special attack and special defense stats, the Soloist
