Pokemon Legends: Arceus brings a lot of new pokemon, some entirely new, and some others as regional variants. However, all of them demand different processes and items to evolve to these new forms, which can prove a challenge if you're not properly informed.

Getting these new forms will involve either leveling under specific conditions, using items during a particular situation, or even employing Strong and Agile-style attacks a certain number of times. Here's how to obtain all the Hisuian Forms in this game.
To obtain a Hisuian Qwilfish, you must first unlock Basculegion as a ride pokemon, which will enable you to travel by water bodies, thus allowing you to catch pokemon while doing so. This particular version of Qwilfish will hang around Ramanas Island in the Obsidian Fieldlands, or in the Tranquility Cove, Lunker's Lare, and Islespy Shore areas in the Cobalt Coastlands.
To successfully evolve this pokemon to Qwillshot, you must unlock the move Barb Barrage, level up until it masters it, and use it in battle 20 times in Strong Style. If done correctly, after you finish you will unlock the ability to evolve Qwilfish into its evolution form.
To get Ursaluna, you must first obtain a Teddiursa and evolve it into an Ursaring, or simply catch the already evolved form instead. You can find the cute Teddiursa roaming around the Sonorous Path in the Coronet Highlands or Ursa's Ring area in the Crimson Mirelands. Likewise, Ursaring can be found at both the same locations.
