Finneon is a Water-type Pokémon that can be evolved into Lumineon in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. Unlike some of the more sought-after Pokémon, such as Alakazam or Rhyperior, players won't need to worry about learning a specific move or acquiring an evolution item to evolve Finneon. Instead, Finneon only has a level requirement. However, Finneon can be difficult to locate, as it only appears in one area in Pokémon Legends: Arceus.
In order to catch Finneon, players will need to unlock Basculegion as a ride. This can be done after visiting Cobalt Coastlands in Pokémon Legends: Arceus and completing the first few steps in "The Lordless Land" main story mission. After catching Dusclops and making food for Basculegion, players will be able to ride it and search for new Pokémon in the open waters. Finneon can be found in Seagrass Haven in Cobalt Coastlands.

However, aiming for Finneon as it's swimming around can be somewhat challenging and may cause trainers to waste a few Poké Balls trying to capture it.
