Pokémon Café Remix Announces Toucannon For Team Event
The next Pokémon Café ReMix team event is going to begin later this week and will feature the colorful Toucannon. Pokémon Café ReMix is a free-to-play puzzle game by Pokémon Colosseum and Pokémon Battle Trozei developer Genius Sonority that puts players in the role of a café owner who serves meals to the many elemental-powered creatures of Nintendo’s flagship monster-collecting mega-franchise. Pokémon Café ReMix players fulfill their orders by dragging their cursor across the screen to link together matching Pokémon icons, and can even recruit a staff of Pokémon helpers to keep the waiting line from getting too unwieldy with their own special abilities.
In the years since Pokémon Café ReMix was first launched in 2020, Genius Sonority has held special events and added more creatures like Snorlax, Chansey, and the three starter Pokémon from Pokémon Sword and Shield’s Galar region to the colorful picture-matching proceedings. This February’s Pokémon Presents livestream revealed that the Mythical Pokémon Victini from Pokémon Black And White would be coming to Pokémon Café ReMix, as well as a new Pelipper-centric delivery system that allows players to recruit new Pokémon to their staff by sending them gifts.

Pokémon Café’s roster of adorable and collectible critters is expanding once again this week, as Pokémon news site Serebii recently revealed that a new Pokémon Café event is going to be held from April 20 through May 1. According to Serebii’s Twitter account, the colorful Toucannon from Pokémon Sun And Moon can be recruited during this time frame, but it still isn’t clear what its skills and abilities will be.
