Following in the footsteps of its predecessor Pokemon Bank, Pokemon Home provides fans with the chance to take their favorite Pokemon from each game along with them in new adventures and regions. Since the cloud-based storage service launched in early 2020, fans have not only had an easy way to store and transfer all their favorite Pokemon from the franchise's recent games, but also seen a plethora of unique Pokemon given away through the service. However, Pokemon's premiere transfer system still has yet to come to the newest entries in the series.
The last year has seen Pokemon release two major new entries between the long-awaited Gen 4 remakes Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl and the highly-anticipated re-imagining of the franchise in Pokemon Legends: Arceus. With both of these games seeing plenty of success for the Pokemon Company, fans naturally looked to Pokemon Home as a way to bring over their favorites from Sinnoh and Hisui, but both games have yet to be added to the service. Recently, a prominent Pokemon leaker offered an update on the progression of these games being added to the storage system.
Rumor: Pokemon Home Could Be Coming to Brilliant Diamond, Shining Pearl, and Legends: Arceus Soon
Pokemon leaker CentroLeaks provided fans with an update about what to expect when Pokemon Home compatibility finally arrives to the new games. Though no release date was revealed in the post, CentroLeaks revealed that Pokemon Home will natively recognize Legends: Arceus' variety of exclusive Poke Balls and the newest game in the franchise will be able to transfer in creatures not only from its fellow Switch games, but also Pokemon added from Pokemon GO assuming those Pokemon already exist within Legends.
