Build-a-Bear Workshop has revealed a new Pokémon plushie, and this time it's the Grass-type starter Grookey. Nintendo and The Pokémon Company have partnered with Build-a-Bear to release a number of stuffed Pokémon, including six different evolutions of the ever-popular Eevee.
Build-a-Bear Workshop has produced countless customizable toys based on many other famous properties, not unlike The Lego Group. While both companies have many IPs in common, such as Star Wars, The Lord of the Rings, and Harry Potter, Build-a-Bear seems to draw from a wider pool of media. It even sells bears based on adult-oriented television like Cobra Kai and Friends. The company is no stranger to the world of video games, either; there have been plushie collections based on Sonic the Hedgehog, Animal Crossing, Super Mario, and more. While Pokémon have already been featured in the Build-a-Bear Workshop, the collection will now be getting a new member.

As spotted by Nintendo Everything, Build-a-Bear Workshop is now adding another member to its Pokémon collection with the Galarian Grass starter Grookey. The plushie is currently available online as part of a bundle that includes a patterned Hawaiian shirt, a leaf cape, and a 5-in-1 sound chip with different vocalizations for $65. Build-a-Bear states that Grookey will eventually be available in brick-and-mortar stores, where it can be purchased on its own for $40. The shirt and cape will also be sold separately for $12.50 each.
