To get Lickilicky, Lickitung needs to know a certain move and then level up once. Lickitung may not be a trainer's first choice in Normal-type Pokemon, but evolving it is just a small step in completing the Pokedex.

Players can get the Explorer Kit in Eterna City to access the Grand Underground. As they gain more gym badges, more Pokemon will start spawning in the hideaways — including Lickitung.
