Persona 3 Reload is removing the original game's infamous fatigue mechanic, which means that the party won't have a chance of randomly getting sick if you explore Tartarus for too long.
We might have unofficially known about Persona 3 getting a remake for quite some time now, but now that it's officially been revealed as Persona 3 Reload, we're finally getting to see how things have been changed from the original game. Although some of the changes aren't so positive, like the lack of Portable or FES content, there are a number of tweaks that bring it more in line with later games in the series.

One example of this that long-time Persona fans are going to be very happy to hear about is the removal of the Fatigue mechanic. All Persona games make you manage how long you spend in dungeons, but Persona 3 took it to another level. In the original game, exploring Tartarus for too long would make your characters tired (which could also be caused simply by getting bad luck), which increased the chance of them being sick the next day.
Being sick would cause characters to have lower stats, have an easier time being afflicted with status effects, and make them easier to knock down. It was very annoying, and only slightly offset by characters having a slim chance of being well-rested and having status improvements. Thankfully, it's not going to be an issue anymore, as Persona 3 Reload won't include the fatigue system at all.
