Zereth Mortis has a zone-wide quest, Patterns Within Patterns, that works similarly to the Korthia weekly quest Shaping Fate — Complete quests, kill rares, loot treasures to fill the objective bar. This is an important quest to complete, as it gives 500 Reputation with The Enlightened, a sizable amount of Cyphers of the First Ones, Cosmic Flux and other things.

However, there is one major difference in comparison to Korthia quest — While Shaping Fate is a weekly quest, Patterns Within Patterns has a 3-day timer on it, so you are able to complete the quest twice a week (and in some weeks, 3 times a week). On this first reset, this short 3-day timer has even more significance — Patch 9.2 started with the timer already 1 day in, which means the first reset of Patterns Within Patterns will occur at the next daily reset (February 24th) for both NA and EU regions.
