Paradox has acquired Surviving Mars maker Haemimont
pcgamesinsider.bizSwedish firm Paradox Interactive has inked a deal to buy Bulgarian studio Haemimont Games.
No figure has been put on the deal, but is divided into upfront cash and performance-based incentives.
Paradox says this acquisition is part of its strategy of expanding its footprint in the management genre. For the time being, Haemimont is going to retain its current leadership and will continue to work on its upcoming projects.
