Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen’s creative director Chris ‘Joppa’ Perkins and community manager Jamie ‘Savanja’ Henry answered the community’s burning questions on the game’s upcoming Early Access release during a recent livestream.
The Q&A kicked off with a recap of some of the recent additions to the game, including new races, visual effects, armor models, and even a European server for players across the pond.
When it comes to preparing for Early Access, the team is focused on implementing new character models, armor sets, and more in place. Of particular note is the team’s efforts on itemization balance and localization, which has presented a bit of a challenge as of late.
Localization will be an ongoing process for Pantheon, though the team does have plans to localize the game, the priority is getting the game into a finished state first.
On itemization, the team has explored a number of different solutions, including adding temporary required levels, but balancing items before everything is in the game has proven a bit difficult.
The remainder of the Q&A covered a wide range of topics and questions from the community. We’ve included the full VOD here.
Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen is set to enter Early Access in December.
