Oxide Room 104: How to Get the Best Ending
There are multiple endings to unlock in Oxide Room 104, but the best ending requires a playthrough with no deaths. If Matt dies at all, then one of the other endings will be unlocked and the true ending will be unavailable until the game is reset completely. Although there are a few different options and paths, the best possible outcome requires a perfect run.
As soon as the game begins, Matt wakes up in a bathtub and finds himself locked inside Room 104. Various dangers need to be avoided as puzzles are solved to get closer to finding the exit. In order to escape the Night Soul Motel and get the best possible outcome for Matt, players need to avoid dying. If Matt dies, he'll speak to the Doctor, then wake up again in the bathtub, but the motel changes slightly each time. To get the best ending in the unforgiving gorefest that is Oxide Room 104, Matt can't die at all.

Extra documents can be collected by visiting other rooms, but for the best ending, it's only necessary to get to the third floor and reach reception from there.
