The bounty system has caused controversies in the past as many One Piece fans tend to think that it is a representation of a character's power. This time, it is Sanji's new bounty that has sparked many debates as it is lower than Zoro and Jimbei's bounties.

Cominginto the Wano Country arc, Sanji had the second-highest bounty in the crew. After the crew's heroics in the Whole Cake Island arc, Sanji received a bounty of 330,000,000 berries which put him ahead of Zoro. However, it was obvious that Zoro would overtake Sanji once again as the former is stronger, and it did happen.
Zoro's bounty shot up to 1,111,000,000 berries, while Sanji's new bounty is 1,032,000,000 berries. Normally, this meant Sanji went back to his usual place as the third most notorious crew member, but this time Sanji had more competition as Jimbei officially joined the crew in the Wano, and his bounty is 1,100,000,000 berries.
