Firstly, the numerical values that are used in the list are for the base versions of the abilities, and Nobody Saves the World players can improve those values by upgrading the abilities. Secondly, a Form's Passive and Signature Active ability are unlocked at Rank F, while additional Active abilities become available at Ranks D and B. And finally, Forms must have their Passive and Signature Active abilities equipped at all times.
