Nightwing & Batgirl Fans Will Die Over Romantic New Cover Art

One of DC's most iconic couples, Nightwing and Batgirl get intimate in a special variant cover for Nightwing #94. Nightwing, seen as one of the most attractive men in the DC universe by both fans and fellow heroes, has been in several relationships throughout his comic-book tenure, with both fellow heroes and civilians. However, there are two women in his life that he's truly committed himself to over the years: his high school sweetheart, Batgirl, and his Teen Titans lover, Starfire. This cover by Jamal Campbell gives many fans hope for the future of Dick and Barbara as this famous love triangle's endgame.
Fans of DC's Nightwing are incredibly lucky. The year 2022 has been full of stunning comic-book art and several early looks at covers for upcoming issues. Recently, a variant cover for Nightwing #93, by the series' main artist Bruno Redondo, confirmed that Batgirl and Nightwing were together, evoking a cheer from longtime fans of the couple. This time, it seems like nothing's in their way. Maybe, for once, Dick and Babs will get the happy ending they've always wanted.

The new issue will feature the talents of Bruno Redondo and Tom Taylor, with Taylor revealing the cover on Twitter with the caption, «Dick and Babs. Jamal Campbell's variant cover to #Nightwing #94». Nightwing and Batgirl are shown in uniform, both smiling at each other in what seem to be the moments before a kiss. Sunlight streams through an open window behind them, with Barbara sitting on the windowsill and cupping Dick's chin as he leans towards her. The pair look ready to unwind after a long night of crime-fighting together.
