Felix «PewDiePie» Kjellberg's continued YouTube success is almost surreal; very few mainstream content creators can claim to have been a part of the platform for more than a decade, and even fewer can admit to having adapted to new trends as fluidly as PewDiePie has. With nearly two million views and one hundred and seventy-nine thousand likes, the controversy doesn’t seem to have affected the performance of the video, and, given PewDiePie’s semi-retired status, it’s likely that he isn’t exceptionally worried about the long-term impact of this event.
