Peacock's line-up is growing during the month of September, including more movies, TV shows, and originals. Here's what you can start streaming next month. In addition to the big marquee content coming to the platform, Peacock is also going out of its way in September to get us all in an October--Halloween--mood. Tons of classic horror films are coming to the service, including Candyman, Psycho, and Universal monster movies.
Some of Peacock's new content next month is available starting on September 1, while other shows and movies will be available a little later next month.
On September 12, the 74th Emmy Awards hit NBC and Peacock. Saturday Night Live's Kenan Thompson is hosting this year, and it should be an interesting ceremony as the most nominated shows include the GameSpot-approved Squid Game, Ted Lasso, and Succession. Succession alone landed 25 nominations overall, the most of any show this year. But, the real breakaway story here is the South Korean crime thriller Squid Game, snagging the most nominations ever for a foreign language show. In June, the streaming service greenlit Season 2 of Squid Game.
Earlier in the month, Jurassic World Dominion comes to Peacock. On September 2, the streaming service will offer viewers the opportunity to stream the long-awaited third film in the second Jurassic Park trilogy from home or your favorite device. Critics and audiences were pretty split on the film, but it's still a lot of fun to see Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Laura Dern, Jeff Goldblum, and Sam Neill interact and bridge the gap across decades of the film's lore.
