Details have been kept extremely hush-hush on Jordan Peele's latest horror venture, titled Nope, since it was announced in late 2020. However, with the Universal Pictures movie being released this summer, there's been a relatively steady stream of teasers, trailers, and posters in the last month.
There's still little known on details of the Universal film, but an official Nope trailer did premiere during the Super Bowl that showed enough to get fans very excited. It also gave audiences their first chance to start thinking about theories and potential plot points. Ultimately there was one theory that proved to be popular after the trailer: the film is about an alien invasion.

The new Nope poster seems to potentially confirm this. Keeping on theme with the many blue tones used in previous promotions, this next peek gives a little more information by adding a horse floating up towards the skies, as well as little items. Looking closely, fans can clearly see many paper cups as well as what looks to maybe be bubbles, a pair of glasses, and what looks to be alien plush dolls. The floating to the sky along with the dolls makes it seem like aliens are what viewers should be expecting.
