New Bullet Train TV Spot Offers First Look At Sandra Bullock's Character
Brad Pitt's Bullet Train drives into theaters this summer, and it seems like the promotional journey for the much-awaited action-comedy is picking up steam. However, Sandra Bullock's Maria Beetle has been missing in action, until now. After her phone conversation with Pitt's Ladybug was featured in the first trailer, a new TV spot shows Beetle's perspective of the call.
The latest Bullet Train TV spot released by Sony is doing the rounds on social media now, and it features glimpses of some new footage from the upcoming film. The scene that stands out, though, is the one that offers the first look at Bullock's character inBullet Train. It was already known that she would be portraying the role of Ladybug's handler, but apart from just hearing her voice in the first trailer, fans hadn’t seen her character so far. The new preview has fixed that.

The Bullet Train TV spot begins with the phone conversation between Pitt's Ladybug and Bullock's Beetle, where the assassin is heard telling his handler that he is ready for the next job. “You wanted simple for your first job back? It doesn’t get simpler,” Beetle is heard telling him, assigning him to the job that will take him on a journey on Tokyo's bullet train, where several other assassins are on a similar task. Sporting a funky hairstyle and a white button-down shirt, Bullock fits into the role of a handler in what appears to be a Japanese-style office.
Many of the scenes featured in the TV spot have previously been seen in the first official Bullet Train trailer. However, there are some new scenes, including Pitt's Ladybug having a funny conversation with Hiroyuki Sanada's Elder. Another features him being dragged by the legs by two
