The Furnace is a crafting station that can be built early on in My Time at Sandrock, and it can be used to refine a variety of resources. Players will need to gather a few materials to construct the Furnace, but they should be fairly easy to find or craft. The Furnace also requires a type of fuel to be deposited for the smelting process and water to keep the crafting station cool. Production will stop immediately if either the fuel or water is fully depleted.
To craft a Furnace, players will need to complete a few tasks at the start of the game until receiving the necessary blueprint from Yan. The first crafting station that can be built in My Time at Sandrock is the Recycler, but the Furnace becomes available shortly after. When Yan provides the diagram, players can build a Furnace and use it to donate to the Museum, complete a commission, or start refining raw materials.
