Dr. Sandra Lee, better known by her online moniker Dr. Pimple Popper, has shared some of the most fascinating videos of blackhead extractions on her Instagram. A dermatologist based in California with a hit reality series on TLC, Dr. Lee is known for her pimple popping posts. She established a social media following on YouTube and Instagram back in 2015 when she started posting videos featuring the types of things she deals with daily as a dermatologist.
Initially, she just “had a hunch” that people would find her field interesting, and she was right. Dr. Pimple Popper videos were a viral sensation, amassing her 4.5 million followers on Instagram and 7.45 million subscribers on YouTube. Her posts included typical dermatological procedures, and her viewers, titled “popaholics,” couldn’t get enough. They were engrossed (pun intended) by her “popping” videos, especially blackhead extractions.
