Warning: SPOILERS lie ahead for Moon Knight episodes 1-5.
The Moon Knight series finale trailer arrives teasing an epic conclusion of Marc Spector's journey coming to grips with his powers. The Disney+ series marks the Marvel Cinematic Universe debut of the mercenary living with dissociative identity disorder who becomes the human conduit for the Egyptian moon god Khonshu. Moon Knight has mostly been set through the eyes of Marc's alternate, mild-mannered gift shop employee Steven Grant, as he learns the truth of their identities and come up against dangerous cult leader Arthur Harrow, who seeks to cleanse the world by resurrecting the Egyptian goddess Ammit.
Oscar Isaac leads the cast of Moon Knight alongside Ethan Hawke as Harrow, May Calamawy, Karim El Hakim, Ann Akinjirin, David Ganly, Khalid Abdalla, Gaspard Ulliel and F. Murray Abraham as the voice of Khonshu. Development on a Moon Knight property has been in the works for decades, including Guardians of the Galaxy's James Gunn discussing a potential film with Marvel Studios producer Kevin Feige after his previously scrapped live-action debut in Blade: The Series. Moon Knight finally made its premiere on Disney+ at the end of March to mostly positive reviews from critics and audiences alike and after five exciting episodes, the series is gearing up for its explosive finale.
