Overall, the biome is not too rare, which means that after mining for a bit, you should be able to find it. Within lush caves, you can find both dripleaf variations, which we will go over later.

Small dripleaves can also be purchased from the Wandering Trader. This is a merchant who will appear in the world, offering goods in exchange for emeralds. A Wandering Trader is not guaranteed to have small dripleaves, however, if they are available, you can buy two for one emerald.
