Marvel's Spider-Man balances a fair number of super-villains in the franchise's first entry as it introduces a new Sinister Six for its own continuity. But aside from the Sinister Six that appears in Marvel's Spider-Man, there are many other villains that are either incarcerated, unaccounted for, or going through their own origins.
Marvel's Spider-Man teased an unidentified villain's origin with a chrome helmet that had multiple Oscorp Industries labels and blueprints around it. Because it was found in Norman Osborn's penthouse suite, it is only natural to assume that it is the base prototype for what may inevitably become part of a Green Goblin suit that the distraught father will wear at some point. No explicit inclination has been made to assume Norman will suit up in Marvel's Spider-Man's sequel, but a fan has conceptualized what he may look like if he does decide to don the Green Goblin persona.

Redditor u/Elegant_Respect7395's concept marries the prototype Oscorp Industries helmet with the battle-worn body armor and purple shawl that Willem Dafoe's Norman Osborn wears in Spider-Man: No Way Home. Green Goblin has not been introduced in Marvel's Spider-Manyet, so the opportunities are endless for how Insomniac could choose to interpret the character. Only a few characteristics make Green Goblin uniquely identifiable: a purple-and-green color scheme, pumpkin bombs, and some sort of glider.
