Marvel's Avengers Leak Seemingly Reveals New Thor (With Crown Of Surtur)
A leak has revealed a new Thor: Ragnarok-inspired look for the Odinson in Marvel's Avengers. The leak seems likely due to the imminent release of Thor: Love and Thunder next week, and Marvel's Avengers' recent inclusion of suits based on appearances from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, such as Spider-Man's Iron Spider armor from Avengers: Infinity War. Black Widow also received MCU skins in Avengers, most notably her white suit from her 2021 solo movie, Black Widow.
Taika Waititi's Thor: Ragnarok was released in 2017, with the New Zealand-based writer and director bringing his trademark humor from his past movies such as What We Do in the Shadows to the series. The movie primarily saw Thor facing off against his long-lost sister Hela as she returned to conquer Asgard, but incorporated elements from other Marvel Comics storylines, such as Planet Hulk.

According to a leak by Miller on Twitter, Thor will be getting a new costume in Marvel's Avengers based on one of his looks in Thor: Ragnarok. The suit sees Thor carrying the Crown of Surtur shortly after defeating the giant fire demon at the start of the film. When asked if the crown itself would have its own physics in the same way that a previous Marvel's Avengers costume involving Hulk wearing bunny slippers did, Miller responded that it would, although how this will interact within the game is yet to be seen.
