Mad Men star Kiernan Shipka says that if she were to do a spinoff about her character Sally Draper, it would be set in Los Angeles. Although she is only 22 years old, the actress already has nearly four dozen credits under her belt. Her career, which began when she was only 6 years old, has spanned from youth-oriented programming like Cory in the House to a voice role in Studio Ghibli's When Marnie Was There to playing herself in a 2011 episode of Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23. Most recently, she played Sabrina Spellman on the gritty Netflix reboot series of the Sabrina the Teenage Witch comics. She reprised the role of Sabrina on Riverdale season 6, and will return to the series later this year.
However, in spite of all this, the role that put her on the map was Sally Draper in Mad Men. Sally is Don Draper's daughter on the long-running period piece prestige series, which ran on AMC from 2007 through 2015. After her first appearance in season 1 episode 2, Shipka went on to reprise the role in 64 of the show's 92 total episodes, even appearing in the series finale. Her character changed a lot over the course of the series, eventually becoming disillusioned with the lavish but empty lifestyle her father provided.

During the conversation, she discussed her history with Sally Draper and her future. She admitted that "I'm not done with Sally," saying that if she were to do a Mad Men spinoff, "I don't think she’d be in New York. I think she’d do L.A… But I’m not done with her at all.”
