Although they are a rarity in today's world, Gotham City has made a name for itself by dotting its skies with blimps. But apparently, Iron Man is going to do the same for New York, thereby ripping off DC's most famous city.
Throughout the comics and in live action and animated adaptations, Gotham City has repeatedly been known to feature blimps traveling all around. They don't even need to be part of the story per se. A blimp was used as a major plot device in the season three finale of Batwoman. Batman even has a minor and comical villain by the name of Colonel Blimp.

New York, on the other hand, isn't particularly known for blimps. Certainly, they are known for making the odd appearance above a stadium for a baseball or football game, but blimps don't typically travel above Manhattan, even if the Empire State Building was originally designed to have a zeppelin dock at the top of it. Apparently, Iron Man hopes to change that. In a preview image of Captain America: Sentinel of Liberty, which will be written by Jackson Lanzing and Collin Kelly with art by Carmen Carnero, several blimps with the Stark Unlimited logo are seen flying through the streets. Jackson Lanzing even shared it on his Twitter account.
