Lies of P update 1.3 introduces a ton of balance changes and improvements
techradar.comLies of P update 1.3 is now live and introduces a host of changes, alongside some brand-new, free content.
Alongside the release of the Lies of P official soundtrack on Steam, the highlights of the patch come in the form of four new costumes that can be accessed via P's equipment and bag menu, including the Alchemist's Hat, Treasure Hunter's Mask and Apparel, and Illusory Emerald Glasses.
There's also a new costume menu, so players can easily equip the masks and accessories together in the hair section, along with new short grey hair that can be obtained at Geppetto's Tools.
Update 1.3 is a particularly big patch when it comes to tweaks and reading through it's clear that Neowiz has paid particular attention to balance changes. For instance, the field difficulty has been decreased, making the attack speed of some monsters more intuitive, while also increasing the duration of stance breaks for some monsters.
The patch also adjusts the spawn locations of some monsters and traps «to fit better with the flow of the game,» and has implemented a bunch of combat adjustments, like increasing the damage of some weapons, while others will now trigger stance breaks to monsters more frequently.
