LGBTQ+ Publisher Midboss Launches Season Of Pride 2022 On Steam

June may be over, but the Season of Pride doesn’t stop. LGBTQ+ publisher MidBoss has launched its Season of Pride 2022 collection on Steam with a whole bunch of queer games for your continuing enter-gay-ment.

MidBoss has helpfully broken the Season of Pride 2022 collection down into very colorful categories, including "Trans & NB's 4 Lyfe!," "Aces * Aros Wold!," and "Be Gay, Do Crimes!” There’s also categories for both POC and female leads, as well as more mundane categories such as free-to-play, multiplayer, and action titles.

There are quite a few great games included in the Season of Pride collection, such as Rainbow Billy: The Curse of the Leviathan, Newfound Courage, Paradise Killer, Tell Me Why, Celeste, Boyfriend Dungeon, Sable, and The Outer Worlds.

There’s also Read Only Memories: NEURODIVER, a visual novel where you play as a psychic detective trying to find a “rogue esper who’s hidden themselves in the memories of others.” This one comes courtesy of MidBoss, so they have some incentive to showcase this game in the Season of Pride collection.

And there’s no denying the mystery of Queer Man Peering Into A Rock Pool.jpg. Advertised as a “walking simulator” on Steam, the game revolves around a “middle-aged queer man” as he “toddles around a strange island attempting to re-furnish his empty house."

If you’re not a PC gamer, Season of Pride will also host a sale on the Nintendo eShop later this month. And there’s also a month of charity streams scheduled on Twitch with a bunch of queer content creators. There’s eight charities being supported for this year’s Season of Pride, including The Trevor
