LG Electronics has finally provided pricing and availability details for its newest OLED TVs.
The 4K TV roster includes a range of sizes, from the premium LG G2 Gallery Edition TVs and C2 series to the more affordable LG B2 and LG A2 families. There’s also a pair of 8K TVs.
Unsurprisingly, LG’s new OLED displays still come at a tidy premium over traditional LCD TVs. Prices range from $1,399 at the low end to $6,500 at the high end for 4K models and hit a staggering $25,000 for the 88-inch 8K OLED Z2.
If you've jumped on the non-fungible token (NFT) bandwagon, the Z2, G2, and C2 series support NFT screen mirroring from compatible Android and iOS devices.
The LG B2 models are the most affordable for their respective sizes, with the 55-inch model going for $1,499 and the 65-inch model bumping up to $1,999. These models will be available this month. The LG C2 series is a follow-up to the outstanding LG C1 line. Look for thinner bezels and an even broader range of prices and sizes. A 42-inch model starts at $1,399 and arrives in May. Some of the larger sets arrive this month: 48 inches ($1,499), 55 inches ($1,799), 65 inches ($2,499), and 77 inches ($3,499). If you're really looking to go big, an 83-inch C2 lands in April for $5,499.
The slim LG G2 series is known as the Gallery Edition; LG says it's the company's "best and brightest OLEDs. These TVs start at $2,199 for a 55-inch model and offers 65-, 77-, 83-, and 97-inch sizes. This series has a split launch with the 65- and 77-inch models launching this month while the 55- and 83-inch models arrive in April.
