A new Lego Super Mario set, this time depicting Mario and Yoshi from Super Mario World, has been shown off at San Diego Comic-Con.
The set, images of which are circulating on X before an official reveal later today, was discovered as part of Lego’s booth at San Diego Comic-Con, which takes place this weekend.
Rather than a playset, this Lego set shows a side-on image of the sprite from the game. The legs can move using a crank in the side of the Lego set.
The set is expected to launch in October, pricing isn’t currently officially available for the set, but it’s expected to cost around $200/£200 based on previous listings for the set.
The new set was shown off alongside the upcoming Lego The Legend of Zelda: Great Deku tree set.
It will come with 2,500 pieces, and will be released on September 1. It will cost €299.99 / £259.99/ $299.99 and a choice between two designs.
The first design replicates the Deku tree’s look in The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time, and another based on The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. After years of fan requests, this will be the first Lego The Legend of Zelda set.
