Players who complete the story mode in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga can summon the infamous Death Star to any planet in the game’s galaxy map. Naturally, virtually every iconic moment, character, and location from the three major Star Wars time periods are included in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, including the dreaded Death Star from Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope. This technological terror quickly blasted its way into pop culture when it appeared in the very first Star Wars movie, serving as the ultimate weapon of the sinister Galactic Empire in its battle to snuff out the Rebel Alliance. It was ultimately destroyed by Luke Skywalker at the conclusion of A New Hope, but the Death Star would make appearances in many Star Wars video games that were either based on or set sometime before that film. These include 2006's LEGO Star Wars 2: The Original Trilogy, which saw the dreaded space station be blasted apart into thousands of LEGO bricks.
