We're just months away from playing a brand-new Kirby game. Kirby and the Forgotten Land releases on March 25 exclusively for Nintendo Switch. If you're looking forward to the pink puff ball's next adventure, Kirby and the Forgotten Land is available to preorder now at major retailers.
At this time, no preorder bonuses have been revealed for Kirby and the Forgotten Land. While it's rare that Nintendo games have official bonuses, we often see retailer-exclusive physical goodies for Switch games in the months leading up to a game's release. It's certainly possible retailers such as GameStop, Best Buy, Walmart, and Target will offer unique items with Kirby and the Forgotten Lands preorders. Kirby and the Forgotten Land is available to preorder for $60 at Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, GameStop, and Target. You can also preorder a digital copy on the Nintendo Switch eShop. At this time, Amazon is the only retailer offering guaranteed release-date deliver (for Prime members). You can, however, order online from other retailers and pick up your copy at your local retailer on launch day.
Kirby and the Forgotten Land is a 3D platformer that looks to be the most expansive entry in the series yet. The trailers thus far have had a Breath of the Wild vibe, and while it's not entirely open world, Forgotten Land's stages look to be ripe for exploration. Waddle Dee Town will serve as the game's hub. As you play, the town will expand to feature more characters, shops, and minigames. Kirby's copy ability returns, of course, and Nintendo has announced new enemies to steal moves from, including Drill and Ranger.
