Warning: SPOILERS for Killing Eve Season 4, Episode 1 — «Just Dunk Me»
Despite a heart-pounding opening sequence, the premiere episode of Killing Eve season 4 quickly flat lined, providing a momentum issue for the show. Deep down, this is the same Eve Polastri who was immediately horrified and apologetic when she stabbed Villanelle in the season 1 finale. This internal inertia is a problem for the remaining seven episodes.
