A new Jurassic World: Dominion Olympics tie-in trailer has athletes encountering dinosaurs. Jurassic World: Dominion is the latest chapter in the Jurassic World franchise, which kicked off in 2015, carrying on the story begun with the original Jurassic Park trilogy. Director Colin Trevorrow returns to the franchise, reuniting original Jurassic Park stars Sam Neill, Jeff Goldblum, and Laura Dern, with the Jurassic World cast, including Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard. Also joining the new film are BD Wong, Justice Smith, Omar Sy, Campbell Scott, Mamoudou Athie, Dichen Lachman and DeWanda Wise.
The events of the last film, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, left dinosaurs roaming free in the mainlands of the United States, setting the resurrected creatures loose outside of the island environment they're usually trapped in. The Jurassic World series has been immensely successful, even spawning an animated series, Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous. The Jurassic films have earned more than $5 billion at the global box office to date, with Jurassic World: Dominion expected to contribute to that continued success.
