Hazelight Studios is urging fans to grab their partner, platonic or otherwise, and celebrate what they are calling It Takes Two’s Day. February 2, or 2/2/22, is now being celebrated by the popular co-op adventure game as a day to team up with your gaming buddy and guide Cody and May to marital bliss. In honor of the day, publisher EA will be dishing out a few surprises on their social media platforms and new players are encouraged to get in on the fun with a special sale on the game.

Last year, It Takes Two took the gaming world by storm. The co-op romp saw players stepping into the miserable shoes of Cody and May, a couple on the brink of divorce. Suddenly finding themselves turned into dolls, the couple must work together to survive the miniature horrors in their own home while also saving their relationship. The game, which went on to win several awards including Game of the Year, was praised for the way in which players had to work in tandem to solve puzzles.

Now, Hazelight Studios wants players new and old to jump into the adventure of Cody and May with It Takes Two’s Day. To celebrate, It Takes Two will be available for 60% off across all platforms.
