iQOO 9T is launching in India soon and ahead of that, some YouTube creators have already revealed all the details related to the launch as well as its India price. The iQOO 9T will be the first smartphone in India to feature the updated and more power efficient Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. Hence, many expected the price of the phone to go upwards of Rs. 60000, given that the chipset houses major upgrades. However, the prices are on par with the cheapest Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 smartphones.
Based on the information from YouTube channels Trakin Tech and Tech Burner, the iQOO 9T will have a starting price of Rs. 49,999 for the base variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The second variant of the iQOO 9T will set you back by Rs. 54,999 and you will have 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The phone will be available in Legend (BMW edition) and Alpha (black) colours. It will be available on Amazon starting August 2 and 12:30 PM.
As part of the launch offers, ICICI Bank customers will get a discount of Rs. 4,000. Furthermore, those having an iQOO smartphone can get an exchange discount of up to Rs. 7,000, and non-iQOO handset will fetch up to Rs. 5,000. There will also be a no-cost EMI option for up to 12 months.
iQOO 9T's highlight feature is the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset that promises superior power efficiency and better performance. The phone, which seems to be based on the Chinese variant of the iQOO 10, is also getting the Vivo V1+ chip for help with better imaging and MEMC functions for the display. The display itself could be a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. Additionally, the phone is getting a 50MP Samsung GN5 sensor along with OIS, a 13MP wide-angle camera, and a 12MP portrait camera with 2X zoom.
