A 90 Day Fiancé fan in Peru has unearthed a major spoiler about Ben Rathbun and Mahogany Roca’s controversial relationship after the chaos they created in 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 5. Ben, a 52-year-old father of three was smitten by Mahogany, a 24-year-old who had sent him a friend request on social media. While Mahogany had connected with Ben upon seeing his shirtless photos, he saw her as a sweet, innocent Christian girl who shared the same values as him. Chatting online with Mahogany for 115 days made him decide he wanted to get married to her.
But within these three months, Ben had neither seen Mahogany on video calls nor spoken to her on phone. Mahogany’s social media pics were strange, with several layers of filters making her look more like an animated character than a human. But Ben was in love with Mahogany and went to San Bartolo to meet her in person on the TLC show. There, Ben discovered Mahogany had lied to her about her age, her house, and her feelings towards him. By the end of his two-week stay, 22-year-old Mahogany started questioning Ben’s intentions. While the couple seemingly got back together before the Tell-All when Ben went to Peru again without a filming crew, fans had reasons to believe they’d split up because her status on Facebook said, “single.”
