Nostalgia is in the air for thousands of New Zealanders buying and selling old ‘90s and 2000s gadgets, toys and games.
Trade Me spokeswoman Millie Silvester said products from the ‘90s and noughties have gained in popularity on the site.
“There’s no doubt that the ‘90s and 2000s are coming back into style in a big way, and we’re seeing this reflected in listings and searches onsite,” she said.
Here are some of the most popular ‘90s and 2000s products people were selling and searching for on Trade Me.

After Sony Walkmans were ditched, Apple launched its first iPod in late 2001.
In 2007, Apple launched the iPod Classic, which was the first of its kind to not only allow you to listen to music, but access audiobooks, photos and videos.
It cost iPod NZ$399 for the 80GB model and NZ$549 for 160GB, before it was discontinued in mid-2017.
Listings on Trade Me start at $38, with one Auckland seller asking up to $350 for an 160GB one.
The popular Playstation 2 karaoke game Singstar has been anything but a one-hit wonder on Trade Me.
Silvester said searches for Singstar were up 35 per cent year-on-year, with 1,519 searches last month.
“There are currently 225 listings for Singstar games and microphones onsite but you’ll need a vintage Playstation 2 to get the party started,” she said.
Discontinued in 2013, the Playstation 2 was first released in the year 2000. In February alone Trade Me had more than 3,800 searches for the vintage game console onsite.
There are currently over 4,500 results for ‘Playstation 2’ onsite.
