Two days ago, the official Morbius Twitter account made the mistake of altering everyone to the existence of a Morbius Discord server. Predictably, everyone dunked on it for a bit. I mean, a Discord community for a film that looked like it would be mid, and then was less than mid, is pretty wild.
But getting clowned on in the quote retweets was just the start of it. Hundreds of users have flooded the server, and have successfully hijacked any actual discussion about the movie that PR would approve of. From copypastas, ship wars, excessive hate, excessive love, explicit sexual fantasies and lots of Jared Leto tags, it's fair to say that the Discord isn't going as planned.

"Guys, my neighbour said that Morbius is a bad movie what should I do???", pleads one user as I joined.
We get our answer soon enough, as the message is followed up with: "UPDATE: SOMEONE SHOT MY NEIGHBOUR, MORBIUS FANS STAY WINNING".
These impressive declarations of love for the film, which currently sits at a 17 percent on Rotten Tomatoes, are everywhere. Despite the mods restricting users to one message every two minutes in the #morbius-lounge, Morb heads will stop at nothing to keep the conversation going. Even if that message is "morbussy got me acting unwise."
Of course, there's already a bunch of copypastas flooding the chat too. The most common of which being: "IF MORBIUS HAS 1 TRILLION FANS I'M ONE OF THEM. IF THERES 10 MORBIUS FANS I'M ONE OF THEM. IF THERE'S NO MORBIUS FANS I'M NOT ON EARTH. IF THE UNIVERSE IS AGAINST MORBIUS I AM AGAINST THE UNIVERSE".
