Adam Sandler and multiple current and former NBA stars unite in the first trailer for Netflix's basketball movie Hustle. After a few lesser-received theatrical movies, Sandler has found a new home for most of his films through Netflix. The streaming service has worked with the popular comedian on multiple movies and renewed their partnership in 2020 for 4 more films after Murder Mystery became a big hit. While Murder Mystery 2 and other Sandler-led comedies are still coming to Netflix, the streamer is also behind his first dramatic turn following Uncut Gems.
Produced by Los Angeles Lakers forward and four-time NBA Champion LeBron James, Hustle stars Sandler as Stanley Beren, a former basketball talent scout. His character finds a supremely talented but troubled international basketball prospect and attempts to make his NBA dreams a reality. Former Denver Nuggets forward Juan Hernangomez stars as Bo Cruz, the «once-in-a-life-time player» Sandler's character finds. Netflix unveiled a brief look at Hustle during their 2022 movie trailer earlier in the year.

Netflix has now officially released the first teaser trailer for Hustle, providing a better look at Adam Sandler's basketball movie. The trailer release comes right before the NBA's All-Star Weekend begins, which likely indicates basketball fans tuning in to this weekend's festivities will see it a few times. The Hustle movie trailer not only reveals more of Bo Cruz's underdog story, written by Taylor Materne and Will Fetters and directed by Jeremiah Zagar, but it also features over a dozen current and former NBA stars.
