In , players will be able to enjoy plenty of traditional Mario features including Special Courses, each of which can be accessed in their corresponding world starting with W1, Pipe Rock Plateau. These special course entrances are hidden in each of the worlds, typically behind difficult challenges.
Once the challenge has been completed, Mario and his friends will be able to head to the Special World where they can complete the difficult hidden course. Unfortunately, while the course itself is not going to be easy, neither will reaching it, however, frustrations can be minimized by paying close attention to one particular course.
The first entrance to the Special World is going to be in World 1 of , Pipe Rock Plateau, specifically through the Bulrush Express course. Though it may seem like players just need to complete the course, it's not that simple. There is actually a hidden exit at the end of the course, so completing it will not be enough. In order to access this secret exit, Mario will need to make it to the false ending of the course.
While the Bulrush Express can be a difficult level to complete, one major tip is to take advantage of the ability to ride on the back of the creatures while they run.
